Lift For The 22 is an non-profit organization designed to fight the veteran suicide epidemic. Each day in America over 22 veterans are losing their battle to suicide. Their burdens of yesterday, too heavy to carry into tomorrow. Our mission is to provide free gym memberships to all veterans, providing them with camaraderie and support network that we lose when separating from the service..

I began working for IStores, Inc. in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative. I wasquickly (within a year) promoted to International and Customer Service Manager. In2005 I was promoted to my current position – Director of Wholesale.I am directly responsible for the Wholesale division of the company. Duties/skills included:• Proven ability to grow sales and exceed established goals• Creation and maintenance of government General Services Agreement (GSA)certification for iStores Inc.• Product management director for Core Paintball Products, LLC• Prospect and cold call new business• Visit local fields and stores to introduce product line and establish relationshipswith current and prospective clients• Source items directly from domestic and international supply chains• Ensure we have compelling and leading edge products to showcase• Create marketing campaigns to target specific demographics• Maintain sales numbers, and discontinue/liquidate slow moving stock• Over a three-year period I worked with owner of company, legal representativesand government employees to establish GSA contract with US government.• I am directly responsible for driving the project to completion and becoming oneof only 2 companies in the world to receive authorization to sell to the USgovernment for our product lines.• Daily watch for potential government orders on multiple websites and forums• Bid Request For Quotes (RFQ)• Follow up on RFQ’s to ensure we have taken every opportunity to receive thecontract.• Upon receiving contract ensure all steps are taken to complete the order in thetime requested.• Ensure that we are paid in a timely manner by following up with the governmentpay sites.• Work closely with owner and COO for monthly/quarterly/yearly strategic planningto decide the direction of the division and company as a whole.

I was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Sergeant in less than 4 years.Led teams of up to 50 maintenance crew members, coordinating flight operations and quality inspections, ensuring mission success while maintaining a safe work environment. Multiple decorations and 5 year expert marksman. Honorably discharged in 2001.
