- Responsible for all sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management activities for the Engineered Equipment Category.- Collaborated with engineering and operation to define the project scope of work and to ensure due diligence on sourcing for production equipment, i.e pressured vessels, tanks, separators, compressors, and all other engineered equipment for the well production facility.- Developed and implemented category management and contracting plans, and lead strategic sourcing. Ensure appropriate business control is in place to maximize the value of third-party spend which resulted in an average annual cost saving of 15% for the category.- Identified PSCM risks associated with engineered equipment, developed mitigation strategy, and implemented the plan.
