The past 22 years I have been fortunate enough to have worked as a Project Architect/ Project Manager at several different architectural firms. These firms ranged in sizes of 3 to 90 people and the skills that I learned at each one have been invaluable. I have been able to be involved with a fairly substantial amount of Healthcare Facilities which I have enjoyed a great deal, though that is not the only building type I have worked on. Other types include Commercial, Residential, Liturgical, Educational, Additions, Rehabs and New Construction. Each have their own challenges and each very exciting. • Schematic design• Design development• Construction documents development• Construction administration. Specialties: Of my 22 years experience, approximately 8 years have been primarily focused on Healthcare facilities.Proficient in Autocad, Started off working in Microstation (4 years experience). I have also worked in Revit 2013 thru 2019

A large amount of my time was spent in the Housing Studio side of the company. I came to realize how much I really enjoyed doing the residential work and the working very closely with clients developing the designs. Projects for the Housing Studio include, Arlington Grove, Cambridge Heights and North Sarah. Each of these developments had more than 110 apartments, included many LEED design criteria (though Enterprise Green Communities guidelines were followed, very similar to LEED Homes) and were designed for McCormack Baron Salazar. Completed the construction administration work for Cambridge Heights Senior Center, working with in-house General Contractor.Other projects include renovations of educational facilities in Fort Worth Texas and the St, Louis International Airport remodel that is currently under construction.

Developed sketches to discuss with owner, completed the set of Construction Documents and checked the shop drawings.
