I work at Stellantis as a project manager leading global post-merger integration following the Peugeot-Fiat Chrysler (FCA) merger. In this role, I lead eight region-based teams and 3 global functions to produce real synergy results. I'm proud to say that as of year-end 2022, we have achieved net cash synergies of over €7B - a 40%+ overperformance vs. the pre-merger target of €5B by 2025.Additionally, I'm also a board member for Stellantis' LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group (BRG). I've had many roles on the board but the work I'm most proud of is the collaboration between the brands and the BRG that I've been able to develop. Through this collaboration, we've been able to increase Stellantis' visibility and support for the LGBTQ+ community through events, sponsorships, and products.
