With a background in engineering, and over 20 years experience in hands-on software development, IT executive mentorship and leadership consulting, I have a unique perspective that enables me to support software engineers who want to build great technology, while speaking to the needs of executives who are focused on building high-performance teams and world-class IT organizations.I am happiest when diving into solving tough, long-standing technology problems in an organization; using common sense, outcome-based methods that drill to the heart of the issues. From discovery to solution, my aim has always been to deliver high-quality, holistic answers for any problem presented; answers that enable not just a solution, but create a way for a company to thrive. I am a staunch champion of cloud computing, the constant evolution of technology, and promoting the culture of IT mentorship. Collaborative relationships, built on a culture of trust, integrity and mentorship are key in how I relate to clients and employees alike.
