• Worked on the mobile version of the EPIX website (http://www.epix.com) so that it uses EPIX’s new backend API and makes use of new visual components. Tools and technologies used include HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, Grunt, and Git• Built an internal JavaScript library that communicates with EPIX’s backend API that will be used in the upcoming redesign of http://www.epix.com. Technologies used include Git, Node JS, ES6 JavaScript, Webpack to build the library and Jest for unit testing the library.• Other responsibilities include helping maintain and update the current desktop version of the website using web standards and EPIX’s internal custom CMS, testing EPIX native mobile apps on Android and iOS devices, and working with the team to help deliver the best user experience possible for future versions of the website

• Senior Interactive Developer assisting in the development of True Choice’s new application platform, which is built with HTML 5 / CSS / JavaScript. Working on the new platform includes building custom UI components with JavaScript using prototypal inheritance and HTML templates, implementing responsive design using CSS media queries, and learning and applying supportive technologies such as LESS and Angular JS framework. • Senior Programmer responsible for the development of Apple iOS applications using Adobe Flash Builder / Flex 4.6. These applications made use of features such as the StageVideo API, custom mobile skins, connecting to remote data services using AMFPHP, and more• Additional responsibilities included supervising freelance employees to ensure other projects were completed and delivered on time and within budget

• Associate Lead Digital Developer working on Flash-based projects including banner advertisements, websites, interactive kiosks, desktop applications (with Adobe AIR), and widgets.• Lead the development of the new CommonHealth website. This project involved programming in Actionscript 3.0 using Flash CS3/CS4 and utilizes open source technologies such as Papervision 3D, Tweener (animation library), SWFAddress (used for deep linking within Flash). This website also communicates with Javascript via Actionscript’s ExternalInterface API.

• Flash developer that worked with a team of designers to complete an interactive project for Lincoln College Online. • Project involved programming in Actionscript 3.0 using the new 3D features of Flash CS4 as well as the Papervision 3D 2.0 engine. This project also made significant use of the Collada class to load custom 3D models as needed.• Used Swift 3D V5 to export collada files (.dae files) and made adjustments to the collada files so that images would render correctly on the 3D models.• Extended Papervision 3D’s BasicView class and used class libraries such as SuperTimer and Tweener to allow for custom timer functionality and scripted animation.

• Flash/Flex developer that worked with other Flex developers to build new sections within the Verizon Wireless Media Store (http://mralston.me). The project involves using Flex Builder 3 along with Actionscript 3.0.• Worked on custom components for different sections displayed on the Media Store.• Used Photoshop and Flash in existing Verizon Wireless projects (unrelated to the Media Store) to solve visual and motion design issues.

• Flash developer working with a team of Flex developers on the complete rebuild of the Mercedes-Benz USA website. The project involves using Flex Builder 3 along with Actionscript 3.0.• Responsible for the animation throughout the website using Actionscript 3.0 and Flex 3 effects code libraries.• Other responsibilities include maintaining Mercedes-Benz’s current microsites, which involved updating Actionscript 2.0 code and associated XML files.

• Flash developer responsible for creating and developing interactive features for CondéNet websites such as www.style.com (website for Vogue and W magazines), men.style.com (website for GQ and Details magazines), www.epicurious.com, and others.• Develop working Flash wire-frames to visually present ideas for upcoming interactive features.• All projects involve programming with ActionScript 2.0, using and developing custom classes, working with XML through ActionScript, and ActionScripted animations.
