-Worked on developing manufacturing processes for multiple balloon catheter devices. This development included generating process parameters, generating process flow, generating all documentation associated with said process including, but not limited to: Work Instructions, Engineering Memos, Technical Documents, Catheter drawing, subcomponent/subassy drawings, travelers, BOMs.-Utilized ERP system (Epicor) to generate part numbers, generate jobs, pick lists, and travelers. -Submit ECR(Engineering Change Requests) to conduct document control updates within a validated documentation system(CPro).- Conducted meetings with cross functional team to discuss project updates, plan project tasks, and collaborate to move the project from discovery to completion/manufacturing.- Directly worked with customers to add input to their design to optimize the functionality and intent of use for said devices.-Designed fixturing/tooling to assist with the manufacturing process to ensure a more robust repeatable process that hits desired design and functional specifications.- Implement design knowledge to the catheter shaft extrusions and gained experience working with a variety of thermoplastics including: Nylon, Pebax, PEEK, Polyimide.- Design manufacturing processes around laminating and coiling for different catheter shaft designs.

-Provided manufacturing engineering support to ensure yields stayed above 96% for ICE (Intracardiac Echocardiography) catheter line by conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures on the production floor such as checkpoints in the process and process improvements-Participated in value stream weekly meetings as engineering support while maintaining communication with Costa Rica and Minnetonka sites to align production decisions and yields-Led cost improvement project by having implemented new methodologies to increase yield output at both Irvine and Costa Rica sites to meet financial goals for fiscal 2018 year
