Wij doen het net even anders en hebben een eigen(zinnige) kijk op het managen van vastgoedprojecten. Wij jagen niet op succes, we laten het groeien. Zo realiseren we samen met onze opdrachtgevers het gebouw van hun dromen.

For a period of 12 years I worked at DVP in the role of Project Manager and Real Estate Advisor on a various portfolio full of challenging real estate projects. I got the pleasure to have worked for both commercial as well as private cliets including theme parks, theatres, modern sustainable and healthy offices, hotels, hospitals and a shopping mall. The last five years of my time at DVP as Partner in the company. With a smile I look back at the beautifull developement of my career during those years. From March 2022 I choose to follow my dreams and start a new firm named: Embera B.V.

The realization of projects within Efteling B.V. can be called slightly different then usual. There is not one single design that can be characterized with the word: ‘Standard’. Therefore every piece forms a challenge on its own. One important aspect in creation of these projects might be that Efteling itself takes part in the design phase as well as in the construction phase. Together with large contractors Efteling forms an equal party in construction.In a project management role I have been consulted at the following projects:- Polles Keuken (Restaurant)- Hartenhof (Large amusement park attraction)

Research and development of a new heating device based on LED technology. Gathering and combining knowledge from four different fields of expertise. Experts in biomedical engineering, Chemistry, Physics and Building engineering formed our team. After a first validation of the possibilities, opportunity's and risks our business plan was formed. We achieved research grants and subsidies that helped investing in further research. Our feasibility study showed us a disappointing outcome. We decided to quit this business for now.Responsible for: Business strategy, formation research team, feasibility study, business modelling, achieve research grants, financial management and innovation by combination.
