I serve as the primary contact and resource for current and new clients seeking information, assistance, or recommendations on all key services, products, and amenities.My Responsibilities include:o Leading the local team of Customer Service in delivering outstanding customer service. o Assisting the manager with touring prospects and brokers to showcase the center and in producing referral business from a portfolio of local accounts.o Contributing to the overall revenue of the center by identifying opportunities and actively up-selling/cross-selling Regus.o Organizing center events to engage current and prospective client base by and fostering the center community.o Acting as an extension of clients by delivering mail, answering phones, sending packages, ordering supplies, troubleshooting basic technical issues, preparing and reserving meeting rooms, arranging office furniture to accommodate center needs, and ensuring clients are able to concentrate on their work while managing their office needs.o Providing the image and service representative of a 5-star business center.o Manages the center billing and A/R process, ensuring P&L accuracy and that the billing process is followed.o Supports hiring and training and development of new Team Members.

I handle the daily operations of the center. This means that my day to day includes everything from programming new telecom systems for new arrivals, keeping center supplies and signage up to date, coordinating vendor services with local businesses in the area, setting up client billing accounts, monitor and process AP and AR transactions, provide tours or administrative support, book meeting rooms or day offices, and more.It is my goal to make sure that all of my tenants are completely happy and satisfied with their services in my center so that they can focus their attention on making sure their business is successful.

On top of my duties as the lead sales associate, my role was to make sure that the store was compliant in all operations.Delivering perfect sales results involved hiring new talent, training sales professionals to be consistent, keeping up on store readiness tasks like plan-o-grams and cleanliness, and making sure a team of up to 12 people were ready to provide excellent customer service. My attention to detail and drive to be perfect changed my store from one of the worst performing stores into one of the top 5 stores every month for over a year and earned me several Store Manager of the Month awards.

I advise consumers on how to use and get the most out of all of their technology.This ranges from their smartphone, to helping them set up their home theater system or teaching them how to solder.During my time as a sales associate I worked in a variety of different locations and new openings to make sure that all RadioShacks in my area were fully operational and had trained employees on hand at all times.

Classes included: Intro to Programming, Software Design, Algebra, and Calculus courses.
