I have a passion for delivering great products to market, with a successful background in all aspects of products – from product management and design, to strategy and product marketing, and from product development to support. Teams I’ve led have built software that met the needs of thousands of enterprise customers and over a hundred million end customers, across industries such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, and public sector. Not only have I had the opportunity to build great enterprise software at companies like C3 AI and other startups, Oracle, SAP, and Informatica, but I’ve also been in CIO roles at Sears Holdings and Bridgewater Associates.• Created new product businesses within SAP with “xApps,” SAP’s first open applications across functional silos, digitizing manual processes like supply chain planning, project and portfolio management, and post-merger integration. Grew the business from nothing to annual revenues of $650M per year in less than six years.• Turned around a failing product line into the growth engine of the company at Informatica, tripling revenues to just over $350M annually in three years through a combination of product, go-to-market, and customer success interventions. Successfully introduced company’s first application and data products, and first Cloud products.• Helped two dozen startups define and build products, improve execution, and raise more than $100 million in venture funding. Five of these companies were acquired, and three (Model N, Dendrite International, and C3.ai) subsequently went public and achieved billion dollar market valuations. At Model N, Dendrite, and C3.ai, I joined before we had product, led the product effort, and achieved product-market fit sufficient for rapid growth to begin.I’ve worked on infrastructure, the data layer, and enterprise applications, both on-prem and in the Cloud – and I’ve done it on the product side as well as the customer side. This breadth of experience has given me a unique perspective on products and markets, enabling me to connect deeply with industry trends, customers, other company functions, and product teams.
