At IBM I work as a dual Master student in the business analytic department. My main activities are the management of two multi national projects. While we aim to support helpdesk services with artificial intelligence in the first project, we try to automate query testing in the second project which is part of a DevOps transformation program. I'm enthused of how we organize our team by ourselves and how we managed to adopt the agile practice in our daily work. Some highlights during my time at IBM have been the usage of Watson technologies and the development of new learning methods for artificial intelligence until now. Also the Design Thinking method I learned and train regularly is a sure benefit to my personality.

In this position I worked as a junior consultant in the IT- provisioning process management for an automotive customer in Stuttgart. I had an eye on workflow & process management. Thereby I optimized and designed provisioning processes. The interaction with customers and technical experts at DCON was a great experience and proofed to me how important communication is.Additionally I worked in the field of printer set ups and enabled the devices to use technologies like Follow to Print.

I worked at Bosch in three different positions. It all started during my studies when I looked for a half year internship. I got the chance to work at Bosch eBike Systems in Reutlingen in the sales office. I supported the order transactions and enjoyed to get in contact with customers. Additionally I supported staff in the after sales service department.Subsequently I continued to work for Bosch six more months at a different location (Immenstadt) which was closer to my university. In Immenstadt I managed the implementation of a groupware solution that is used to manage quality, information and knowledge of ABS (antilock braking system) parts. One of the most important experiences I made back then was the interaction with future groupware users.My latest job at Bosch was the evaluation of different IT- infrastructure solutions. I could work at Bosch eBike Systems in Reutlingen again. It didn't took me to long to figure out which kind of tool was needed by the organization. The evaluation of three different solutions of market leaders was the exciting part of the research paper I wrote. The outcome served the organization as a decision guidance to the management.

After I finished my apprenticeship as electrician I decided to give my self some time for orientation and to figure out where I want to go in life. My work arrangement with Fischer Stainless steel tubing was my first temporary employment abroad.I switched my workplace at Ficher every two weeks. This was great for me because it helped me to get a holistic view of how organizations work internally. Two major departments I worked in were the sales department and the production site.

When I graduated from school I started my apprenticeship to become an industrial electrician to work on and with machines in the automotive industry. I learned to design circuit plans, how to wire the machines and how to program them (Siemens Step7 software). Besides that I was responsible for the service of internally used machines and for the electrical maintenance.
