While the depth and breadth of my experience allow me to identify other issues that will lead to resolution of a dispute, my decades in banking and finance allow me an unusually strong insight to the monetary issues of a dispute. Member of the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), 2008 - 2021.I have organized two banks, Pickens County Bank (1977) and Cherokee Bank (1999). I successfully orchestrated the sale of both banks to the benefit of the respective shareholders. I am past Chairman of the Board of the Georgia Bankers Association, past American Bankers Association State Chairman for Georgia, and past Trustee of the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. I am honored to be the recipient of awards from the Rotary Club of Canton for vocational excellence and high ethical standards.
