In addition to working with wonderful families, foundations, and corporate partners, I helped launch a 'net new' major donor acquisition initiative for IJM to bring in major and principal gifts from first time donors in order to bring an end to slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking worldwide.

Spent a decade as Founder & CEO of Bespoke Benefits, an employee benefits brokerage acquired by WSR in 2018. Advised 100's of small and mid-market employers on how to optimize their employee benefits programs.Led a team of eight sales reps and account services staff while carrying a book of employer group business.

From the ground up, built and managed the Employee Benefits sales & service division for commercial insurance agency. Hired and led a team of eight sales reps, account managers, and support.

Co-founded an artist management company which navigated careers of Andrew Bird, Matthew, Brian Whitman, waterworks, Departure Lounge and additional artists. Negotiated and secured recording, publishing and sync agreements with Miramax Films, Sony Music Publishing, Rykodisc, and others. Booked, promoted and handled logistics for worldwide artist tours. Secured booking agents. Oversaw recording schedules, video shoots, and record releases and other day-to-day management duties for artists.

Coordinated all aspects of album releases from Peter Gabriel's Real World label, David Byrne's Luaka Bop label and other Virgin Associated Labels. Marketing, advertising, retail set-up and promotion, tour support, publicity, licensing, and artist development.

Responsible for all Northern New England (Mass, NH, VT, ME) retail marketing efforts for all album releases from Columbia Records, Epic Records, Sony Classical, Sony Nashville and other Sony affiliated labels. Acted as local record label liaison for all touring artists in Boston and greater New England. Managed meet and greets, aftershows, fan engagements, listening parties, and record releases for Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child, Ricky Martin, Catherine Wheel, Good Charlotte, Crazy Town, Macy Gray, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson, and other major as well as up-and-coming artists.

Liaised with booking agents, promoters, venues, retailers, radio, media and artist management to advance all Ryko's touring artists' live performances throughout North America.

Managed bands throughout high school and college. Booked local clubs, coffee houses, and college campuses and hosted NYC & LA showcases for major label A&R, booked tours, and solicited recording and publishing agreements.
