Typical duties range from administrating and supporting 200+ computer users per week in assigned schools working with teachers and the school administrative staff. Maintained student and teacher workstations, printers and Interactive white boards such as Smart board and Epson. Also, I perform basic Networking tasks such as Active Directory and User Account creation. Additionally, I set up projectors, document cameras and A/V equipment for teachers and staff. Used ticket system to respond to requests and track the progress of any given issue until it is resolved. When I am not at my assigned schools, I am doing computer repair work at headquarters on the equipment that comes in from the schools that SBTC Services.
