Responsible for all aspects of the business to include Administration, Buying, Operations, Retail, B2B and B2C selling teams. After 2 1/2 years relocated to Detroit to take over a larger district that was losing money with excess real estate. Turned this business from Red to Black in under 24 months and then shortly after relocated back to Atlanta to oversee two districts that needed focus. Took both districts from the red to black in just under 24 months.

Built a national store fixturing company with over 80 employees nationwide servicing the new store build outs and remodels of national companies such as Office Depot, Winn-Dixie Grocery, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens & Things & Party City. Managed the installation of signage packages in Speedway, Starvin Marvin & Phar-mor Drug stores. Managed and installed the FedEx "World On Time" logo change in over 1500 locations in less than 90 days. Installed the signage package for Kmart's flagship store testing the launch of Martha Stewart's brand in Puerto Rico.

Controlled all Industrial buying for the stores to include basic supplies and fixtures. Over saw a team of 50 people that were directly responsible for new store fixturing's, remodels and consolidations. Was involved in the store fixturing and opening of the first 3 Babies "R" Us in the United States. Maintained direct responsibility to make sure new stores where on schedule and opened on time each year, from construction to all aspects of service (phones, alarms, Certificate of Occupancy, grand openings) Worked with District Managers to ensure that stores had needed support, planned project and employee hours budgets to accomplish the task required.
