In 2019, it was a great professional honor to have my friend Natalie Bauer Luce agree to become an equity partner in our firm. Culloton + Bauer Luce is led by experienced senior practitioners who understand the legacy and new media worlds and also bring a digital first mindset to driving public opinion and policy. Together we have counseled health care executives, sports entrepreneurs, aviation and transportation leaders and top business executives in many other industries develop successful campaigns to win critical issues and develop strategies to overcome crises.You’ll see here on LinkedIn that I have been fortunate to serve in some high profile communications leadership roles including meeting challenges at the world’s busiest airport, serving as a gubernatorial press secretary, and helping to lead clients through the multi-level strategic communications game boards of major acquisitions, business turnarounds and boardroom battles. We have great clients and fantastic colleagues. I’m proudest of my children @ConorCulloton and @GraceCulloton. I spent several years as a visiting lecturer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign teaching crisis communications and I am fortunate to serve on the board of Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Inc. and on the Ambassadors Board of Mercy Home. I’ve made great colleagues in the civic life of our city at The Chicago Club, the Economic Club of Chicago and the Chicago Bar Association.
