I began my career by assisting residential buyers in Middlesex and Union counties. Then I started locating underperforming Multi-family and mixed use properties for real estate investors. After I helped them purchase these properties, they renovated them and I advertised the rentals at current market rates and screened prospective tenants. Because of an overwhelming amount of responses I developed a system for automatically responding to and collecting information from prospective tenants as well as a way of efficiently scheduling showings.
