Temporary assignment to set up CSRD (Sustainability) within Alfen, including EcoDesign

P&L responsible for our Smart Grid Solutions Business Unit. This entails the full process scope of offer calculation/electrotechnical design/work order preparation/production planning/purchasing/logistics/warehousing/production/project delivery/service organisation. Scaling up the production output while diversifying our product line has been the main objective over the past years.

- Running daily operations for all distribution network projects within the western region of The Netherlands.- Managing transition to a high performance organisation in a high pressure context and complex and bureaucratic environment- Stats: 300+ fte, 13 teams (teamleads, projectmanagers, engineers, field engineers), annual revenue in excess of 75Mio EUR per annum, on average 40 projects start on a weekly basis- Focal points: introduction of operational management, centralized planning and result focus; reorganisation and individual performance management; driving change through change of mindset and behavior. All this while maintaining client and safety focus- Doubled on-time project start (key performance indicator) within a 11 month period, tripled this in the most complex region

Responsible for preparations and business readiness of daily meter roll-out operations as well as upscaling. Executed operational management to a performance of 10k addressess/week with high safety and customer satisfaction levels. Includes European tender for roll-out contractor, introduction of new meter communication technology, further organizational, process and system readiness and change management.

Management of department specializing in smart metering technology, in terms of competence (knowledge, innovation) and delivery (complex program aimed at introduction of new metering technology within strict (legal) timeframes). Involves complex innovation in both IT and OT, political networking, collaboration with other DSO's.

Responsible for release-driven SAP program. Approx. 65-100 fte's (depending on program volume) and approx. 20M euro annual budget.Managed merge of two major other programmes (SCADA and GIS innovation) with the SAP programme.High average project success rate of over 90% on time, within budget and high client satisfaction.

- Quality assessment and trouble shooting of project aimed at implementation of new compensation policy- Setup of new HRIT Functional Maintenance organisation, according to the BiSL standard- Replacement/consolidation of eRecruitment systems to lower process effort and systems costs - Legal restructuring of Corporate Headquarters at pension provider- HRIT unbundling project at major dutch utilities company. Project was completed within specifications, on time and within budget.
