Healthy House has been certified by the American Lung Association to build homes to meet the rigid standards Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) of their allergyn free Healthy Home program.

Custom Builder Atlanta, LLC is a purchasing and marketing group of custom home builders serving the Atlanta metro area. CB Atlanta is one of 16 groups under the umbrella of CBUSA which uses the buying power of 300+ to help its builder members compete pricewise with national companies.

The Builder Resource Fund LLC is the research foundation arm of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. It is charged with the task of funding housing industry related educational and research projects and managing an investment protfolio for the HBA. A recent project was providing the seed capital and industry support so Georgia Tech could add a graduate program in Construction Management.

I have served on the Board of Directors of the local, state and national HBA's and on numerous committees of those groups. I was the founding President of the Inner Atlanta Chapter which grown for th 15 original members to over 270 builder members. I served on the committee that wrote the Partnering Guide. I have served on the B Pac, Action Fund and on the Governments Affairs committees.

McConnell Homes, Inc. builds custom homes in Atlanta's historic and intown communities. We build all of our homes to EarthCraft and EnergyStar stingent energy conservation standards. We are also the only builder in the South certified to build the American Lung Association's "Healthy House" for superior indoor air quality (IAQ).

Intown Homes built new homes and renovated older homes in Atlanta's historic districts. We also developedlots for infill homes, duplexes and townhomes

I worked for the Trustee of Hamilton Bancshares from 1977 to 1981. As part of the Executive team to sell off real estate assets and reform Hamilton Mortgage Co, from a bankrupt subsidiary of Hamilton Bank into a new entity - Cumberland Mortgage Company. I was responsible for creating Cumberland Mortgage Company as the vehicle of rehabilitation for Hamilton. We sold off $80 million in loan participations, preserve $100 million in servicing assets, reestablish lines of credit, obtain FHA and FNMA company approvals and use Cumberland's financial resources to finance many of Hamilton's REO properties. Hamilton Mortgage was able to settle a $250,000,000 Chapter 11 bankruptcy in only 26 months. Ultimately the company and the remaining real estate assets were sold to Carnival Cruise lines in a complicated tax loss transaction.

I was one of the original conventional loan underwriters for FNMA and GNMA and in that position underwrote over 1/2 Billion in mortgages purchases during my tenure.
