Quality Assurance covering all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing, documentation, verification, and validation. Including the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production; and management, production, and inspection processes.

Supervise security staff for special operations, security escort services, badging, access control, armed guard services, and anti-Terrorism & force protection services * Schedules and assigns work * Ensures personnel are trained and have proper certifications * Implements Quality Control Plan to include performing daily quality control checks * Interfaces with client representatives to ensure customer satisfaction * Prepares and provides required reports to the Program Manager and Operations Manager * Sound working knowledge of the NYS Penal Law and other security-related regulations * Performs required security inspections and provides security briefings * Other duties as assigned.
