I additionally provided global assistance to divisions in Israel, Australia, and Europe. Direct reports included an Accounting Manager, 2 Accounting Clerks, and a Cost Accountant. I directly reported to Implant Direct’s CFO.Some of my specific accomplishments include:☑ I used a hands-on approach integrating accounting and finance into our company operations. A $30M manufacturer of surge suppression equipment serving 2 distinct markets, the Regional Bell Operating Company and emerging wireless markets.In addition provided support (on an acting basis) for the remainder of the Danaher Power Quality Group consisting of 12 individual reporting companies with total revenues of $400M. Reviewed and approved all 12 strategic plans and operating plans to ensure synergies were maximized.Positioned and sold the Regional Bell Operating Company side of the business to a company who took the manufacturing offshore. Consolidated the wireless side of the business with another Danaher company in the same market to the advantage of synergies. Closed the facility in Goleta.
