After leaving Iverify, I made a significant life decision to relocate from the San Francisco Bay Area back to my home state of New Jersey. This move was driven by my desire to pursue a personal passion project: authoring a novel. In 2020, I successfully completed and revised my first novel, an accomplishment that marked a major milestone in my life. Currently, I am channeling my creative energy into composing a second manuscript, this time exploring the realm of non-fiction. This journey has allowed me to fully immerse myself in the art of writing, a lifelong ambition that continues to inspire and challenge me every day.

Specializing in websites, blogs, email campaigns, market research, and marketing/promotional materials, I provided written content for an array of customers in the post-pandemic years. I also wrote resumes, cover letters, press releases, and articles for individual and company clients.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, I am responsible for the comprehensive creation and management of all content, including website content, marketing materials, and white papers. My role involves overseeing social media management to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience effectively. Additionally, I handle CRM database management, ensuring accurate and efficient customer relationship tracking. My expertise in SEO management allows me to optimize our online visibility and drive organic traffic. I also spearhead email marketing campaigns, crafting compelling messages that resonate with our target audience and achieve high engagement rates. My multifaceted role demands a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strategic mindset to propel our marketing efforts forward.

I was the on-site account manager for Iverify’s largest client, Gap Inc., at their corporate headquarters in San Francisco, California. In this role, I served as the face of Iverify, managing our entire business with this client. I met regularly with Gap vice presidents and directors of security and loss prevention, corporate management, and an array or regional and district managers during my tenure there, developing new relationships and fostering current ones—many of them 100% telephonic and remote—all with a customer-first mindset.Among the broad spectrum of duties and responsibilities I took on during my three-plus years at the helm; I specialized in growing the pipeline of current and projected business, responding to RFPs, drafting and managing SMAs, managing databases, and coordinating and managing multiple-location rollouts (locations often times numbering in the hundreds) under tight schedules.During my three-plus years, Iverify's business with Gap tripled, and we negotiated several exclusive contracts with Gap. What I treasure most about my time at Iverify are the lessons I learned about communicating with such a large and diverse quantity of people, all with varying personalities and priorities, and the ability to manage an array of differing expectations while keeping both client and company happy with my work and the results I provided. It was a unique experience being on a metaphorical island answering to two bosses (client and company), one that taught me numerous lessons that I am ready to bring with me to my next employer.

As marketing specialist at WG, I created marketing and technical literature, wrote all professional communication ranging from multiple newsletters to press releases to white papers, and managed all marketing campaign efforts–which included revamping their email marketing process, overhauling the company website, initiating the company's first social media presence, and writing and directing product videos.I also served as the company's Salesforce administrator, creating reporting templates for the CEO and upper management, managing our customer database, tracking leads and prospects, and developed a portal within Salesforce to handle our service and repair division. In my time at WG, I learned and put into practice SEO tools, became proficient in marketing automation, engaged Google analytics and Google Ads, and spearheaded online content creation.
