Administered workers compensation, health and disability plans. Managed health services department and counseled hourly/salary retirees through pension decisions. Served on two successful negotiation teams to ratify company/union contracts while maintaining/addressing inflating health care cost. Reported to Director of HR.

Operated the departmental health and wellness functions. Provided corporate-wide training, raising company standard in health operations across the country. Performed the corporate executive physical/wellness programs. Presented lecture at the American Association of Occupational Health Professionals convention in Toronto.
