We all love a well told story. Right?Whether expressed through still or moving pictures, storytelling is my profession, my passion, what gets me up in the morning. I love working in partnership with marketing whiz kids and business owners in pursuit of great stories for rich media. From script development through directing and final edit, I love working collaboratively with others in team-based dynamics.I have directed and produced short-form video and earned a living as a still photographer since I was 17 years old. Along the way, I've worked with national ad agencies and magazines. Today, my primary clients are usually in professional marketing careers.My work has been recognized with awards I'm proud of, such as Communication Arts, and Lürzers Archive. This work has also been the subject of editorial features on my career in Photo District News and SPOT magazine. I have partnered with Sony, Rounder, and Virgin Records on a number of projects. And my editorial assignments have appeared in The New York Times, Texas Monthly, and The Washington Post Sunday Magazine among others. As a fine artist, my efforts have been recognized and collected by the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, the Harry Ransom Collection and the Whittliff Collection, and in other American and international private collections. Currently, I'm working on an extended portfolio called "RIVER," with Flatbed Press and Gallery.
