Provide customer service at the most basic level: safely and comfortably transporting Big Sky resort workers and resort visitors throughout the resort area and between Big Sky and Bozeman, MT. Oversaw building of Gazette's Web site. Investigated and helped develop online revenue opportunities, including Internet-access subscriptions, online advertising and building/hosting Web sites. Attended new media conferences, using information gained there and through personal, pioneering Internet usage to train internal and external customers in Net usage.

Reported on sports, city government, business, law enforcement, health and general news from Billings and Eastern Montana. Won state and regional awards for sports and city government reporting. Edited sports articles.As member of newsroom team, helped report on the historic Yellowstone National Park fires in 1988; this coverage resulted in Billings Gazette being named a finalist for the 1989 Pulitzer Prize for Meritorious Public Service.
