Civil litigation experience in excess of 30 years at the administrative, local, state and federal level. 25 years of my practice had been as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a consumer advocate. For over 26 years, I have focused my practice in utility law, including: electric, natural gas, water, sewer, and telephony.Since 1996, I have also developed my litigation background in the health insurance industry.Beginning in 1999, my litigation practice expanded into the petroleum industry with an all inclusive analysis of oil, including its by-products of gasoline, diesel, propane, and natural gas - which by its nature may be a by-product of oil or an independent source of energy.My multi-disciplinary background requires a daily, financial study of the global markets' developments related to commodity pricing, fundamental market movers (such as infrastructure improvements) and governmental regulations and/or requirements.
