Led and orchestrated the development of a full-scale replacement backend solution for a SaaS product on the brink of hyper-growth post product market fit after a hard pivot. The solution involved rearchitecting the entire data model as well as a complete replacement of the underlying technologies in order to break through immovable scalability walls. All of this was accomplished with near-zero downtime and no code freeze as active development was able to continue up until the final days before migrating systems.

Project cancelled-------------------------------------------------------------------In the months after completing our undergraduate program in IT, a colleague and I attempted to start a business dealing with drones (quadcopter type). We had built a semi-functional prototype and early-stage applications for iOS and Android. Unfortunately, after spending some months on this project, we realized that we lacked both the funding and knowledge to continue.Overall the project was a great learning experience when it came to dealing with serious hardware as well as native mobile app development.
