Responsible for all Engineering and IT delivery supporting LightStream, the premier national direct consumer lending platform for Truist. Accountable for the Engineering organization charged with the design, implementation and maintenance of the TrackStreet MAP Enforcement Platform.  The TrackStreet SaaS Platform monitors what’s happening with your brand across the Internet and delivers actionable sales intelligence to protect and grow your brand.• Worked directly with the executive committee in establishing strategy to support the growth of the firm, and positioning our technology as industry leading in driving revenue and customer and client experience.• Rebuilt and scaled an internationally geographically dispersed software engineering team that is 100% remote and spans 10 countries.• Established new software development hub in Guadalajara (MX).• Built a new metrics-based and data-driven Engineering organization (SDM, DEV, BA/PM, QA) through performance review and hiring.• Implemented a hybrid Agile SDLC to align with strategic business goals and to support a 100% remote team.• Over the first 18 months, my team launched 24 new features and projects (application and infrastructure).• Established an appropriate organizational structure that can scale as the company and team expands 2x or 3x year over year.• Working with the CFO, established and implemented a new OKR process to drive organizational goal planning and performance tracking.

Responsible for the overall technical strategy and development of the OnTarget Backoffice platform.  The OnTarget platform is a complete Back Office EMR solution supporting I/DD and Mental Health Service Providers.• Recruited and managed a new team of Software and QA Engineers tasked with supporting the existing OnTarget EMR platform as well as planning a major rewrite.• Defined and maintained the technology roadmap and staffing plan.• Identified and documented architectural and process deficiencies, including domain model gaps creating data quality/integrity issues.• Implemented a hybrid SDLC that increased the velocity of delivery by ~200%.• Led the design and launch of OnTarget Webforms, a feature that increased annual revenue by approximately 15%.• Planned and executed the migration of the OnTarget platform from on-prem hardware to the public cloud (Google Cloud Computing Platform), preventing $400K in additional CAPEX and maintaining the current OPEX.

Built and led a team of 8 senior and junior engineers to develop, enhance and maintain the set of Tier-1 (highly scalable, low latency) services responsible for computing and optimizing checkout delivery options at Amazon.com:• Planned and executed cross-functional projects to deliver features that span the Prime and DEX organizations.  Defined requirements, coordinated cross-team efforts, and communicated on major delivery-related functionality.• My team supported the launch of multiple delivery programs and benefits including:  Amazon Key, Prime Free Same/One Day expansion to additional US and European cities, Amazon Australia and Same-Day COD in Japan.

Led the technology team responsible for the OnBrand360 compliance and assessment platform.  Clients include AmazonFresh, Chick-fil-A, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Five Guys Burgers.• Part of a leadership team that delivered multiples of industry growth and achieved valuation of 2.6x contract portfolio and 28x earnings.• Responsible for an annual budget of $4M to support brownfield and greenfield application development, maintenance and support.  • Drove the design and development of the next generation solution for the Brand Standards Business (OnBrand360 v2.0).• Provided leadership and technical expertise to teams in broad technical areas: technology TCO and ROI analysis, systems analysis, architecture, software design, software development, quality assurance, and release engineering.• Steritech was acquired by Rentokil in 2015.

Managed and coordinated development on the $20M project to re-implement and re-platform the Ally NeoBank.

Led and managed medium-to-large software development teams across multiple initiatives supporting BankOfAmerica.com and the GCSR (Global Corporate Social Responsibility) organization.

• Led a multi-disciplinary team of 20+ people across multiple technical and functional groups spanning development, project management, business analysis, quality assurance to support Commercial Investment Bank Technology organization. • Designed and developed custom portfolio management software for the CFI (customized fixed-income) securities team to perform contribution and attribution analysis.

• ONE is a logistics and supply-chain technology platform. • Built and managed a flex-team to research and resolve product defects and to deliver small/medium customer enhancements in accordance with prescribed SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Established rigorous product development, maintenance, and deployment Best Practices to manage multiple concurrent development and release efforts. This includes integrating our SCM tool (Source Code Management) with our defect tracking system to enforce mandated SDLC policies.

• Built and managed a team of developers to test, maintain, and enhance the complete line of Venetica products including VeniceBridge and DocRunner. Venetica was acquired by IBM in 2004.

• Enhanced and maintained NCR's enterprise UNIX operating system (MP-RAS).• Designed and implemented a custom UDP Server Discovery module and a custom network classloader for NCR's Java Server Management Console. • Member of the NCR-Solaris partnership creating a joint 64-bit UNIX OS.• Solely designed and developed the test suite to validate and verify NCR's POSIX threads implementation against the POSIX 1003.4a pthreads specification.
