Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Projectmanager and budget responsible for the design, build and roll-out of a tailored "Microsoft Navision Dynamics" ERP solution- Projectmanager and budget responsible for the set up of the external logistics function including development of all internal- and external processes- Definition of current and future requirements to ensure the sustainability of the IT Platform- End responsible for carrier selection and transportation- Setup of the external returns warehouses and involved processes in Switzerland and Austria- Development and establishment of strategic partnerships with project partners to achieve maximum dedication and support- Creation, evaluation and analyzing of all logistical numbers- Analyzing all logistical processes to optimize costs, leadtime and quality- Responsible for the integration of all interface connections between the ERP & Logistics platform in connection with the e-Commerce platform- Development of a test program to test system-, integration- and end-to-end functionalities- Provide all written documentation for requirements, interfaces and processes - Identify and evaluate application requirements from end-users and translate these into new requirements to improve current processes - Development and continuous improvement of the central ERP solution to achieve maximum user efficiency, reduce cost and drive further technological solutions- Implement and setup of an end-user training program- Support by the execution of organizational changes to set up business processes that support a customer oriented approach- End responsible for the application and completion of the following customs processes: Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), Zugelassene Ausf'ührer (ZA) and Zentralisiertes Abrechnungsverfahren der Zollverwalltung (ZAZ)- Project support oto ther functionalities as marketing, IT, branding, SEO or controlling
