My name is Dennis Hayden and I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1995 and a Managing Broker since 2008. I’m a St. Louis native and a REALTOR® who has successfully assisted hundreds of people with the purchase or sale of various types of real estate. A few of my accomplishments over the years are the following: Member of the St. Louis REALTORS® Board of Directors, Previous MARIS MLS Board of Directors (two terms), Member of the St. Louis REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, Member of the St. Louis REALTORS® Contracts and Forms Committee, Previous member of the St. Louis REALTORS® Grievance Committee, Member of the St. Louis REALTORS® Urban Affairs Forum, Founder of the St. Louis City Tour, a Hall of Fame recipient of an international real estate franchise, a Licensed Managing Broker in the State of Missouri and Illinois, and the Designated Managing Broker at First Community Realty in Missouri, providing guidance, training, and development of agents to help them realize their potential and reach their goals.
