I started Vista Structural Engineering in 2014 because I was tired. I was tired of “Come in at 8AM on Monday, work until 5 PM, rinse and repeat until Friday. Good bye, see you Monday." No feedback on how I was doing – where I could improve, or what I was doing well. No goals were set. There was no motivation to excel.
