MY ROLE:I am honored to serve 3,500+ people as township trustee for Litchfield county for 16 years and counting. MY ROLE:As a Food Services Business Manager for a refrigerated food production company, I manage hiring, scheduling, and training operations associated with High Pressure Processing (HPP) and the production room. I oversee all food processing initiatives for food preservation, shipping, and safety. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂MY EXPERTISE:☑ PEOPLE LEADERSHIP:Mentor, manage, and train 18 employees. Collaborate with 7 departments to eliminate process bottlenecks and ensure all products are processed nightly in a timely manner throughout the plant. Work cross-functionally with QA, Shipping, Warehousing, Transportation, and Maintenance. ☑ FOOD MANAGEMENT: Process 400,000lbs of product per week, including packaging and direct shipping to customers. Rectify equipment, workflow, and transportation deadline issues.
