Acquisitions:Manage the origination of new development projects, including evaluating new investment opportunities, negotiating contracts and development agreements, structuring new ventures, drafting deal memorandums and making recommendation to executive committees.Prepare underwriting models thorough detailed review of all hard / soft costs, rent levels, unit mix, operating expenses, income assumptions, feasibility analysis, and market information. Conduct extensive due diligence of new deals with internal team members and external consultants as well as perform necessary closing procedures for land acquisitions / joint venture transactions.Entitlement / Construction:Review vendor proposals, negotiate agreements, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure project scope, materials, and quality assurance follow contractual requirements. Acquisitions / Underwriting - Underwrote over 26.1 million square feet of Class A office and R&D space valued at over $6.3 billion dollars in CA, OR, WA, CO, and TX. Completed due diligence and closed on 29 buildings totaling over $608 million dollars.Asset Management – Oversaw 2+ million square feet across 12 active commercial assets valued over $411 million dollars and 330 acres of commercial and residential developments under entitlement / construction. Dispositions – Completed sale transactions on 10 Class A office buildings totaling over 2.7 million square feet and worth over $585 million dollars.

Analyzed, designed, and executed marketing strategies across 9 building portfolios totaling over 350,000 sqft of Class A office space. Closed 2 leases on 3,800 sqft of office space as both the listing and procuring broker. Sold a 4,750 sqft office building in Fairfield, CA for $650,000 acting as a dual agent

Lead a four member consulting team to frame and design a solution to efficiently collect and monitor current utility use / cost data against historical data to calculate benefits from capital improvements across five large multi-family complexes located throughout Massachusetts.Bridged aspects of current data analysis process with outsourcing alternatives and presented a complete solution with vendor recommendation to president and senior executives.

Developed performance measurement tools for evaluating efficiency of new project startups.
