Dennis Creech is a former Vice President, Global Lean Deployment - and - Global Supply Chain for Hess.Creech joined Hess in 2012, after a long and successful tenure with Shell Oil company and several key Subsidiaries.He has extensive experience with innovative Supply Chain solutions for Unconventional Resources, Lean practices, SAP applications, change management and organizational transformation.Before assuming his Executive roles at Hess, Creech served as Regional Business Improvement Manager for Shell Eastern Petroleum’s Upstream International Asia division, where he was responsible for developing and implementing Lean strategy, tactics and tools across the region.He worked at Shell Subsidiaries: CalResources and Aera Energy, where he served as the SAP Program Manager, Purchasing and Well Abandonment Manager and, and as the President and CEO of Terrain Technology (an Aera Energy subsidiary).Dennis served in key Director positions both on the Terrain Technology Board as well as a Board Director of the Calvin Crest Conferences.Dennis has been acknowledged for being self-motivated in taking the initiative, to identify, develop, and implement corrective action to resolve difficult business challenges.
