A division of Publicis Groupe, PHCG manages top-tier agencies specializing in promoting innovative solutions in advertising, medical education, sales and marketing, digital, market access, and medical and scientific affairs.Highlights:In his role with Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, Dennis was originally hired to build a new team of sales representatives to launch and promote Movantik (naloxegol) through a strategic partnership with AstraZeneca in January of 2015. In March of 2015, AstraZeneca signed a co-promotion agreement for Movantik (naloxegol) with Daiichi Sankyo and subsequently Dennis was moved over to a new respiratory contract still with AstraZeneca where he would build another new team of specialty sales representatives for a re-launch of two products for COPD- Daliresp (roflumilast) and Tudorza Pressair (aclidinium bromide inhalation powder). In June of 2016, AstraZeneca ended several contracts with Publicis Touchpoint Solutions resulting in a loss of employment for Dennis and over 2,000 other employees. Dennis kept his team engaged up to the end of this contract finishing #4 in the nation at 138.44% to plan for combined products.

Medtronic is a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions with a founding mission to contribute to human welfare by application of biomedical engineering in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of instruments or appliances that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.Highlights:In his role with Medtronic, Dennis co-managed two districts responsible for nearly $40m in annual combined revenue. His primary focus was to attract, train, and develop a team of highly technical and proficient clinical specialists who assisted physicians, nurses, staff and patients with the surgical implant and routine follow-ups for pacemakers, defibrillators, and bi-ventricular devices within the specialty field of cardiovascular electrophysiology. During his tenure with Medtronic, Dennis observed and assisted in over 500 surgical implants and over 1,000 device follow-ups with patients. Additionally, he had four team members over that time whom he nominated and were awarded the coveted "Suscipio Award"; Medtronic's highest and most distinguished award for a Clinical Specialist.
