Fragomen Educational Services (FES) is an endeavor of Fragomen. We transcend the conventional role of an educational consultancy. Operating collaboratively with esteemed education institutions, student recruitment platforms, language testing, and other service providers, our goal is to empower students.Dennis is the India Leader for FES. He directs and manages the Branches; Marketing, Business Development, and Branding; Technology, and overall operations. His responsibilities encompass ideation and securing the right partnerships; hiring and deploying the appropriate staff; and ensuring a balanced mix of client and vendor partnerships. Dennis also mentors Counselors, Managers, and Leaders in idea incubation, focusing on identifying potential areas for improvement and untapped business avenues.

Dennis is responsible for multiple business areas at Fragomen India. He directs and manages programs covering International Education, Account Management, Technology, and Shared Services. His portfolios include Study Abroad Services, University Outreach, IT Solutions, RPA, and AI-based digital transformation, as well as Global & Corporate Shared Services. He also oversees the Quality and Business Excellence programs, including LEAN, SIX SIGMA, and Business Process Management for India. His responsibilities encompass ideation and securing the right partnerships, hiring and deploying the appropriate staff, and ensuring a balanced mix of client and vendor partnerships. Dennis also mentors Consultants, Managers, and Leaders in idea incubation, focusing on identifying potential areas for improvement and untapped business avenues.Dennis previously established the Kochi location's business operations for the firm. He piloted consular programs for clients that have scaled up to large "Managed Service" engagements. He built the delivery center teams to handle large volumes and complexities. To achieve business goals, he set up HR life cycle management in alignment with business needs, covering Planning, Hiring, Onboarding, Training, and Development. He also introduced progressive business practices, including an optimized service delivery model, quality management system, role-based structure, and resource management. With these initiatives, Dennis effectively scaled business operations in anticipation of employee growth, maintaining a strong awareness of best practices. He accomplished this by conducting ongoing mentoring for managing multiple teams and their managers, achieving business goals in a cross-functional environment across regions.Dennis has previously held positions of Director, Senior Manager, Client Services Manager, and Account Manager within Fragomen India, where he scaled up operations and staff from a small start-up model to a key delivery center.

As the lead for the Chennai centers, Dennis established the Immigration programs in local offices for two major Infosys locations in Trivandrum and Mahindra City, Chennai. He was also instrumental in revamping immigration operations in the Chennai location, with a strong focus on customer orientation, service delivery, and cost efficiency.
