In my thirty-seven (37) years of Design and Construction Management experience, my career has included aviation projects, water/wastewater projects, building construction, civil/infrastructure, and heavy highway construction. As a Licensed Engineer, I am proficient in design, constructability reviews, and quality assurance for construction projects to ensure compliance with approved QC plans, technical standards and construction schedules. As a manager, I apply effective techniques to maximize team member performance. I will supervise and manage the total construction effort to ensure the project is designed and constructed in accordance with budget, and schedule. Using excellent communication skills, I am able to effectively interface with Owners’ representatives, Governmental authorities, A/E representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders. I work well under pressure, and I can manage multiple activities. As a leader, I will ensure that the Owner’s goals and objectives are met by the team.
