The purpose of 'Collaboration & Remote Access' is to ensure modern collaboration services for business needs in the Danish financial sector accessed in a secure, authorized, compliant and user-friendly way across managed and unmanaged devices and physical locations.Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we experienced and handled a very large growth in demand for the department's services. The department handled an increase in video demand by +900% (despite a simultaneous implementation of Microsoft Teams), an increase in telephony consumption internally by 385% and an increase in VPN capacity for JN Data and all our customers by +600% in order to support users working from external locations – all with an exceptional level of operational stability. Likewise, the demand for new and future services also increased extraordinarily. The extraordinary increase in demand, as well as the expected retention of demand, for existing services within ‘Collaboration & Remote Access’ combined with an increased demand for new security services and a shift to a strategic focus on future cloud services saw the department more that double in staffing within a little over a year. ‘Windows & Application Design’ and ‘System Management Design’ is placed in the part of JN Data’s organization, that ensures the implementation of projects (project execution) for all of our customers – as well as for JN Data itself. Although named System Management Design, the department is comprised by various technical professions, of which all are not contained by System Management. Both departments act as a skill-based competency center and delivers competencies at a very high professional level for all of JN Datas customers’, as well as JN Data's own, development (as well as maintenance) projects.The departments consists of a workforce of 23 people sited in Roskilde and Silkeborg and has also included 2 colleagues sited in Warsaw, Poland. The technical professions and responsibilities in the departments has changed over time but has included: • Windows• VMware• Remote Access Management (VPN, 2FA etc.) • Log Management• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)• Backup/Storage• ITSM tools• Unix/Linux• Collaboration (SharePoint, Unified Communication)Part of my job is also to be actively engaged in various project steering committees, as either Executive or Senior Supplier, of some of the most important projects in JN Data’s portfolio, whilst also being available for managerial escalation for project managers on a large portfolio of projects. Throughout time, within this position, I have been involved in more than 70 different projects within the Danish Financial sector.

Team objective is to qualify new projects, in cooperation with BEC, for BEC's project portfolio in JN Data. I am responsible for BEC's project portfolio in JN Data. BEC's owners and customers include: Danmarks Nationalbank, Nykredit, Spar Nord, Arbejdernes Landsbank, vestjyskBANK, Handelsbanken, etc.
