As a colleague and partner of Dr. Lee Colwell, former Associate Director of FBI, managed strategic relationships with strategic partners, and policy development and implementation for nationwide programs in law enforcement information sharing, emergency responder access to emergency zones, and implications of the Internet of Things for the Emergency Services Sector. In this role, I served as Secretary & General Counsel of the National Cybercrime Investigators Program (NCIP), www.ncip.tech, and as Secretary of the CERRA Clearing House, Inc., a National Crisis Reentry Organization.

ER-ITN, LLC provides information services to enable law enforcement, emergency managers, public agencies and businesses to coordinate access to emergency zones, and manage that access across multiple county and state jurisdictional boundaries. The Company exists to enable communities to respond and recover from emergency events, especially large-scale multi-jurisdictional events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, levee breaches and floods, ice storms and blizzards.
