Change Manager
Current- Leads the effective delivery of the crew change solution; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
- Facilitates change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Provides change advice to crew delivery teams; stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Contributes to the development of crew and squad’s change objectives and measures of success
- Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training materials, communications and reference material).
