• A part of the Brand team, responsible for the end-to-end process of Tokopedia's most notable campaigns within three categories: Official Store, Financial Technology, Ads Solution, and Services Platform (Tokopedia Wedding & Bridestory)• Planning its campaign strategy, profit-and-loss business calculation related to marketing, creative ideation, marketing platform analysis, execution, and performance evaluation.• As a single-door for all marketing needs; coordinate and work closely with all marketing forces (Social Media team, KOL team, Creative team, Internet Marketing team, Customer Marketing Insight team, and agencies)• Oversee campaigns and ensure it meets marketing and business objectives• Responsible for consolidating deliverables from different working groups to develop a holistic brand campaign• Working closely with the creative department to ensure integrated 360 communication and brand visual design• Lead the partnership and collaboration with government, partners, and strategic alliances for joint campaign projects.• Ensuring operational efficiency within the brand and marketing team
