Content is focused on technology and related issues pertaining to the creation, distribution, and consumption of entertainment.

Responsible for building and fostering an enterprise technology social network and culture across The Walt Disney Company's diverse business segments. Led to the creation of Disney’s Technology Strategy Board of CTOs which developed the annual technology strategic plan to enable new enterprise media opportunities, a shared media infrastructure, collaborative sourcing opportunities and a reduction in redundant development. Targeted activities:• Co-developed plan for a multi-business unit technology planning and management structure -- Disney’s Technology Strategy Board, TSB Office and Working Groups. • Produced New Technology Forum, a quarterly gathering of Disney technologists to collaborate and share lessons learned across business units. • Co-produced Pooh Camp (inspired by Foo Camp), the annual "unmeeting" of Disney’s innovators to tackle The Company’s technology challenges and inspire creative uses for new technology.• Managed Corporate New Technology Strategy Group operations including budget, staffing and facility requirements.

Developed and deployed Disney's first enterprise-wide Content Distribution Network; WAN optimization solutions; enterprise social network and collaboration tools -- Clik!, one of Disney’s first intranet sites; “ID” (Intranet Disney), Disney's first intranet search engine; MikiWiki, one of Disney’s first internal wikis for online communities; and SourceForge, Disney's first collaborative software development platform for the enterprise.

Planned and Produced Disney’s quarterly New Technology Forum which harnessed the power of Disney’s Disney’s 5,000 innovators coupled with tech industry innovators to build an enterprise technology community to educate, share and collaborate on technology.
