I was responsible for the team's deliverables and the overall delivery of projects as well as conducting strategic process analyses for scoping, planning and designing to-be processes across sales and service.

As a senior management consultant, I was leading projects helping clients to establish and grow agile digitalisation projects, within multiple sectors, with a focus on Intelligent Automation, Chatbots and emerging technologies.

Managing the implementation of Intelligent Automation efforts, the establishment of RPA(Robotic Process Automation) capabilities and methodologies with clients ranging from the financial to the public sector. Furthermore, I was responsible for internal RPA training in EY Nordics and part of the danish internal CoE.
