In charge of coordinating building repairs and general building maintenance by contacting and scheduling outside vendors such as plumbers, electricians and construction companies and scheduling all repairs of building. Completes all minor repairs of building and makes sure the outside of building is clean and parking lots have all debris picked up daily. Schedules all building inspections such as Fire, Elevator and building inspections and works with them to ensure building meets all requirements. Delivers all packages to their proper locations. Loads supplies in the OR and alerts surgical coordinator of any supplies that are low. Orders all maintenance related equipment.

Direct print contact for Goldman Sachs. Duties include but not limited to: Process all print requests directly from Goldman Sachs offices around the world. Review, edit, color break and process all files for print, working as a Goldman Sachs employee through DG3 using a secure ID to access their network. Handling all sensitive documents with complete discretion and confidentiality. Create Purchase Orders and print requests, making sure all files are delivered to their destination on time and in correct fashion. Create daily, weekly and yearly print invoices for billing.Help out in other areas at DG3 as needed.
