Assist VIA Rail in the update/creation of approximately 80 applications technical recovery guides for applications, DR Plans that included the logistics and notification processes, reports to senior management, an annual exercise demonstrating a live recovery of the system at the DR data centre, and an exercise/training for senior management in the coordination of a disaster event.
