Solaicx was a solar crystal growing company purchased by MEMC in July 2010)Designed and implemented operator job training (OJT)standards. Responsible for writing all manufacturing training policies, processes and procedures. Developed and implemented corporate New Employee Orientation including Corporate Culture, OSHA Safety, Quality Systems and Manufacturing Systems Protocols. Responsible for scheduling and preparation of classroom logistics, course delivery, training assessment and measurement of all OJT and other required training. Managed multiple grants with local government agencies to return $96,500 in training costs.

Provided consultation on operator training and certification systems to businesses. Managed and coordinated Federal and State workforce grants in excess of $3 million contracted to local businesses and business consortia. Duties included writing policies, designing systems to identify and track performance measurements, invoice tracking of funds to expenditures, quarterly reports and establishing business partnerships.
