Marketing Manager
CurrentEurol is an international manufacturer and developer of (Specialty) lubricants, and technical fluids. The Eurol brand is available in 90 countries worldwide. I’m responsible for the Eurol international marketing & branding activities and manager of the marketing & communication department (6 fte). Reporting to the director/owner and member of the Management Team. Results: introduced in 2016 successfully the innovative Eurol Specialty product line with SYNGIS Technology, in later years including a high performance racing line and E Heavy Duty line for electrified heavy duty machinery. Created more international brand awareness through a partnership with the Toyota GAZOO Racing Team. Together with this Toyota factory team and our new racing line we won the Dakar Rally in 2022 and 2023. Increased the customer satisfaction by developing an international full service Partner Program for the distributors including the Eurol Dealer and Eurol Service Point workshop formula. This Eurol Service Point formula was the fastest growing Automotive formula in the Netherlands (source: AUMACON) in 2022. Transformed Eurol in recent years to innovation and sustainability driven ‘Product leadership’ company, including the commercial integration of Specialty and regular product lines. Managed the brand transformation and repositioning including the new brand promise ‘Powering Performance.’ Introduced the Eurol Agri Service Point formula for the Dutch agricultural industry in 2022. Implemented an integraded digital platform including E-Commerce, PIM System, Brand Portal and website in 2023.
