• Led the implementation of a new GL (Microsoft GP) and operating system (InfoLease), increasing productivity and information accuracy and ultimately leading to a decrease in headcount of 25% while doubling the company’s.
• Led the turnaround of this once non-profitable company by implementing financial controls, policies and procedures, increasing profitability by $10M.
