Directed facilities, maintenance and engineering operations for 300+ employee manufacturing, research and development and corporate headquarters facility. Responsible for leadership and oversight of automation engineering, preventative maintenance, repair and modernization of facility systems, manufacturing equipment and processes, parts and supplies inventory, offices, grounds, security, professional engineering sourcing and contractors with an operational budget of $3 million. Led, mentored and collaborated (locally and on-site) with global partners in Indonesia, China and South Korea. Collaboration with EHS engineering to collect and analyze site waste stream data as well as ensuing all safety training protocols and security requirements were achieved.
