I have leadership proficiency in Operations, Manufacturing, Facilities and Maintenance, Engineering, Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean and Six Sigma) and Project Management. I enjoy leadership roles that require the use of the various leadership styles, and responsibilities directly involved in the design, planning, implementation and execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
