Responsible for technical support on all our existing Legacy Systems that will ultimately be replaced by SAP. DSI 7 Producer Payroll (SQL Server). Worked directly with end users and with DSI support testing new enhancements, software issues, and production installs. Domino Administrator Server and Lotus Notes Server – Responsible for setting up new users, granting access to the Customer Call Tracker Application and/or Capital Expenditure Application for existing Lotus Notes users. Revoked access where appropriate. Maintained User ID expiration dates, maintained certificates, and deleted terminated users as requested. Responsible for decommissioning legacy ERP system (BPCS) and legacy Finance system (JDE) as they were replaced by SAP. Limited user access, disabling access no longer needed. Maintained the record of third-party software used on BPCS LPAR (Dev/Prod) that would or would not be renewed. Coordinated and conducted operating system upgrades from V7R1 to V7R3 on development and production LPAR with operations management in Canada. As part of this upgrade I had to upgrade current version 8.1A of Rocket/Aldon Life Cycle LM(i) to version 8.3 as V8.1 was not compliant with V7R3.Worked to assure SOX compliance with change management documentation requirements.

With no prior SAP experience, worked with cross-functional teams of IBM/Accenture/Saputo employees to learn and understand what is expected of a Master Data Lead. Learned IBM/Accenture methodologies, terminology, and the vastness of the HARMONI project. Worked closely with the Master Data Migration team on five deployments and all phases as defined by IBM and Accenture. Project phases included Prepare, Analyze, Design and Build, Test (UAT & SIT), Deployments and Hyper-Care. Held daily data migration meetings between division process leads, subject matter experts, and Master Data Migration/Interlocks, etc. Responsible for working across all work streams and cross functional teams including Master Data Governance and Interim State. During this vital project, I continued to do all production installs (Aldon LM(i)) and data moves for the Dallas IT i-Series team. I also did security approvals for users and worked with Internal and External auditors SOX-compliance audits.
